MISS INDEPENDENT 00K8 - SOLD

"Kate" is one of our fillies that went to Texas at the Legacy of Legends. She was fun to start and was exposed to ropes, tarps, flags, and big crowds all by her third ride. We are continuing her this summer, as well as starting her on cattle. She has a ton of stop and draw and will make an excellent cow horse or a reliable ranch horse and partner.

RS BLUEWOOD MONTY (SOLD)

Standing at 15.2 hands, Monty is an exceptional up and coming ranch gelding. He has been started slow and correctly. He has gone to brandings and ropings, and handles everything in stride. He’s been used extensively in the mountains to gather, ship, and doctor cattle. He has been ridden by all levels of riders and just recently in a horsemanship clinic. He hauls great, loads easy, shoes well, can be caught just about anywhere, and he hobbles. He’s good in new places, crosses water and obstacles, and excels in rugged, steep country. He does great alone or with a group. Monty is fun on relaxing trail rides and dependable when you need to get a job done.

IMA LYNXANICX - SOLD

2007 Bay Mare By: Mr Rem N Cool

Out Of: Lynx De Oro

Ima lynxanics AKA Ellie is a big powerful mare that is sensitive and forward. She is a great ranch mare and has tons of experience working cattle, from gathering to shipping. She is by our stallion Mr Rem N Cool, but not one we raised. We got her from some friends of ours who used her extensively on their yearling operation. Ellie has been used in a variety of situations both on the ranch as well as in clinic settings and out on trails and to local wineries as well as some low level dressage. The only down fall this mare has, is that she is positive for psm1, we have not had any issues with lameness or tying up and she is doing great on grass pasture supplemented with alfalfa. Because she has the risk of passing on psm1 she is not broodmare sound.  However she is far more valuable as a ranch horse weather you need her for actual ranch work or are looking for something to enjoy on trails or a partner to pursue your horsemanship goals with.
